Issue descriptionExample URL: https://whatwebcando.today/local-notifications.html Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open the URL 2. Wait for the content to load - until about load event 3. See the black overlay covering the screen. What is the expected behavior? No unexpected overlay What went wrong? The black overlay that doesn't seem to originate from the DOM and can't be inspected appeared and covered the website. It prevents the actual DOM to receive any events Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? Yes 60.0.3112.33 Does this work in other browsers? Yes, I think it can be closed. I spotted the same problem on few other sites, each time it's not reproducible in Canary. Out of curiosity, given the problem was obviously already spotted, is there an issue/commit/CL for it?
