the touch screen does not work any more when leaving the standby mode

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9460.60.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.91 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Since the stable version 59, the touch screen does not work any more when leaving the standby mode. The chromebook should be switched off and on again in order for the touch screen to function again.
After Chromebook Recovery Utility (usb key), the touch screen works perfectly in version 58 stable, as soon as the update 59 is applied, the bug reappears

I can confirm this issue and have voted for the bug to be resolved,

I have restricted our 350 Dell Chromebook 11, 3189 to be updated above Chrome OS 58+ in the Admin interface until the issue has been resolved.

Problem solved with 59.0.3071.113 version
