Page opens and my computer is locked up tight

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.104 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. From the Facebook page, I clicked on an interesting window to the right of where my friends and family are and it takes me to another page where it tells me that I have to call this phone number because I have opened some sort of damaging file. It says that if I try and shut the page down it will do terrible things to my computer. Usually, I can do a Ctrl/Alt/Delete and close the page but the last two times it will not respond and I have to take my computer down hard. 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? It says it is scanning, copying and infecting my computer and that there is nothing I can do about it and I must call this certain number before they take over my computer. What went wrong? I had to take my computer down hard. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 59.0.3071.104 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0
