What is the expected behavior?
No 60 seconds freezing after every operation.

Constantly freezing on new tab, starting video, restarting video after pause.

Navigating to new video frize chrome. 
Sound continues as the video would play in background, with short interuption after 7 seconds.

I have no enabled chrome extension.

As example, youtube (F12-Performance) after 60000ms Listeners dropped from 887 to 866 and nodes from 11726 to 11670, js Heap increase gradualy with peacks at 26,5 mil. multiple times. JS Profiler: 73.43%(program) about 200ms/VM
