ARC: pinned Android app has mismatched identifier format in PinnedLauncherApps policy

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Add a few Android apps to be forced installed and pinned in the OU that the device is enrolled.
(2) On device, open chrome://policy and examine the PinnedLauncherApps policy.

What is the expected result?
Should the pinned Android apps be listed in PinnedLauncherApps or should there be a separate new policy field?

What happens instead?
The PinnedLauncherApps' status shows warnings like 'List entry "4": Value doesn't match format.' for each pinned Android app.

Can you find it in the ArcPolicy field?

Also, are the apps not being pinned? Or this is only to talk about chrome://policy surfacing the value?

dskaram@  The apps were pinned. This issue is mainly only about the display value and warning status so I give it a P3. I am not sure if it affects anything else.
