1. Install the twitter PWA
2. Get a link to a tweet in some app that uses custom tabs e.g. Hangouts
3. Click that link

What should happen is clicking the link takes you to the twitter PWA directly. What happens instead is you get the Custom Tab UI animating in. Then it switches over to Twitter (which shows twitters loading animation before showing the tweet).
