Consistent crashing with websites using drawing/svg/css features

Reported by filippo....@geopal-solutions.com, Jun 16 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.104 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Make sure you have Hardware Acceleration turned on
2. Goto this link http://examples.sencha.com/extjs/5.1.0/examples/kitchensink/?charts=true#pie-basic
3. Keep moving your mouse from one slice to the other of the pie chart

What is the expected behavior?
It should just keep working

What went wrong?
Chrome gives the "Aw Snap" screen after moving from one slice to the other of ExtJS charts (5.1.0).

Crashed report ID:

How much crashed? Just one tab

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.104 Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.12.5
Flash Version:

Happens only when Hardware Acceleration is turned on.
This is not isolated to Sencha's kitchen sink and extends to our product. We temporarily worked around it by disabling some visual features in our product, but doing so charts are not as nice.

Confirmed that this is issue 733181 , and that it's fixed by tebbi's a969ab67f8e1e7475d9b26468225c3a772890c64. That commit is another very safe merge, for what it's worth.
