Regression: Weird overlapping is seen on chrome://extensions/

Issue descriptionChrome Version:61.0.3132.0 (Official Build) (cohort: 59_104_Win)407583a866bb1839b09289b5f2e856b15700ea51-refs/heads/master@{#479900}(32/64 Bit). OS: Windows(7,8,10), Linux(14.04 LTS), Mac(10.12.3, 10.11.6). Pre-condition: Install 4-5 extension such that scrollbar should be seen on the page. What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://extensions/ 2. Completely resize the window of browser and drag horizontal scrollbar towards RHS. 3. Then Scroll down the page using vertical scrollbar and observe beside ‘Extensions’ Tittle of the page. Actual:Weird overlapping is seen of extension tittle overlay and back/main page. Expected: Overlapping should not be seen. This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 61’ and below is manual bisect: Good Build 61.0.3129.0 Bad Build 61.0.3130.0

Tested the issue on windows 7 , ubuntu 14.04 and Mac OS 10.12.5 using chrome dev M61 #61.0.3135.4 and issue seems fixed. No Weird overlapping is seen of extension tittle overlay. Attached screencast for reference. Adding TE-Verified labels. Thanks! |
