Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3128.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open any webpage. 2. Pinch to zoom. 3. Scroll around using trackpad or mouse wheel. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? The content is scrolling, but then returns to the previous location — so scrolling with mouse/trackpad is completely broken. (Keyboard scrolling with arrows/PageUpDown/spacebar works) Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 61.0.3128.0 Channel: dev OS Version: OS X 10.12.5 Flash Version: Occurs on MacOS 10.12.5/13” MacBook Pro 2015.

Here you go: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BzrMNuhf_t4wLVNFVGZYWERreWc/view?usp=sharing Pay attention to the scroll bar. If any of that matters: natural scrolling enabled; happens on both Retina and @1x external screen; Microsoft Bluetooth mouse (standard scroll wheel); ⌘+ works fine.

Thanks. I can reproduce it in latest Canary. Attached a screencast. It starts for me at 00:14. Not sure if this is a regression or not.

I can't repro in today's Canary (61.0.3138.0). Can those of you who were able to repro earlier try on the newest Canary and see if it's still broken?

Scrolling seems to work, but the scrollbar doesn’t — unless you’re at the right edge, but then it behaves really weird.

I still can not grab and pull the scroll bar after zooming in with the touchpad. Not sure, if this is related or a separate issue? A screencast is attached.

Scrolling with scrollbar when zoomed in is a long-standing known issue tracked in bug 531603. This bug is about is about the scroll snapping back to the same place when zoomed in. If no one can repro any more I think we can mark this closed?
