Pre-Condition : Sign in with 1 User and also Create/Import 2 or 3  Supervised Users so that In sign -out screen there will be more than 2 Users

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)In Sign-out screen there should be one User at center and other 2 Supervised Users should be at Right side (Please refer Video)
(2)Now observe for 'Supervised users' Icon for supervised users which are available at Right side and on Hovering also Icon is not seen

Expected: 'Supervised users' Icon should be seen for supervised users which are available at Right side (or)
On Hovering 'Supervised users' Icon should be seen

Actual: Instead 'Supervised users' Icon is seen Missing for Right side supervised users

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine 61.0.3124.0/9632.0.0 dev channel Paine

@wzang : Please confirm the Issue

Note :
1.Issue is not applicable to Linux and windows
2.Click Supervised User available at Right side -> so that user is now seen at center and now observe 'Icon' is seen.
