Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.86 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: I have Windows 10 x64 Creators Update laptop with touchscreen, connected to FullHD, non-touch external 24" screen. I use the external screen as Windows primary. 1. Open Chrome and maximize it on the secondary/laptop screen. Navigate to www.google.com for instance. 2. Tap with a finger into the search box. 3. The on-screen keyboard for touch typing appears on the other, primary screen, not on the secondary screen, where I tapped. Note when tapping into the address box, the on-screen keybaord appears on the expected screen. It also works as expected in Edge or Firefox, so I guess this is a problem with Chrome, not Windows. What is the expected behavior? Onscreen keyboard should open on the screen where I tapped the input text. What went wrong? It always opens on primary screen, even though I have Chrome often on secondary screen. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 59.0.3071.86 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:
