Regression: Text is coming out of the button in devtools Memory tab

Issue description

Chrome Version: 61.0.3132.0
OS:Ubuntu 14.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and open devtools in any page
(2)Click on Memory tab and Move the devtools window to the RHS 
(3)Observe the 'Take Snapshot' Button

Expected:Text shouldn't come out of the button 
Actual:Text is coming out of the button 

This is a Regression issue seen from M-61.

NOTE: This issue is not reproducible in Windows

Able to reproduce the issue in Ubuntu 14.04 and mac 10.12.5 using latest dev #61.0.3128.3 and latest canary #61.0.3130.0.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build:61.0.3122.0 (Revision:477124).
Bad build:61.0.3123.0 (Revision:477506).

You are probably looking for a change made after 477193 (known good), but no later than 477194 (first known bad).

Note :Able to reproduce the issue in Ubuntu 14.04 & Mac 10.12.3 and Not in Win 10.0, Able to reproduce in latest Canary #61.0.3132.0
