Regression: Error page font style is not as expected.

Chrome Version: 61.0.3132.0 (Official Build) (cohort: 59_104_Win)407583a866bb1839b09289b5f2e856b15700ea51-refs/heads/master@{#479900}(32/64 Bit).

OS:  Windows(7,8,10), Linux(14.04 LTS), Mac(10.12.3, 10.11.6).

Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch Chrome, go to chrome://.. and observe the Font Style.

Actual Result: Font Style is not Segoe UI.
Expected Result: Font Style should be Segoe UI.

This is regression issue broken in 'M 61' and will soon update the bisect info:

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 61.0.3131.0 (Revision: 479564).
Bad build : 61.0.3132.0 (Revision: 479900).

You are probably looking for a change made after 479895 (known good), but no later than 479896 (first known bad).

The bisect is correct.

In the new markup, we end up with a style of

  style="fontFamily:'Segoe UI', Tahoma, sans-serif;fontSize:75%"

This needs to be:

  style="font-family:'Segoe UI', Tahoma, sans-serif;font-size:75%"
