Do not emit error on known Unix Domain Socket

Issue description

/data/system/ndebugsocket/sock
is deleted when starting to listen each time in android code in NativeCrashListener.java

It probably usually exists and always causes a migration error being logged.

We know this file exists and we know this file is not needed.
This shouldn't be logging an error.
