Add GVR support for x86 devices

Project Member Reported by ddorwin@chromium.org, Jun 16 2017

Issue description

Currently, Chrome only has GVR support for arm and arm64. While we could support magic window on other architectures via issue 695937 , we require GVR for Cardboard and Daydream headsets.

See the comments starting at b/33268582#comment19.

This is for x86-based Android devices. At the moment, they don't even get Cardboard or magic window support.

Anna this should be covered by your orientation device. Feel free to de-duplicate or something.

Issue 695937 will enable magic window on all Android devices with appropriate sensors without the need for GVR.
