Chromebox IP address not reported in Google Chrome Device Management Portal for Chromeboxes using proxy server

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9460.60.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.91 Safari/537.36
Platform: 9460.60.0 (Official Build) stable-channel ninja

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Provision an Exterprise managed Chromebox on corporate network with access to internet provided through proxy server
2. Chromebox will be provisioned OK, and can be managed from Google CDM.  However, the IP addresses associated to the Chromebox are not visible in the portal.
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Chromeboxes provisioned on direct internet connection report thier IP addresses correctly in the portal.

What went wrong?
IP addresses of Chromebox not displayed

Are you running in kiosk mode, or do you have users signed in? We don't report LAN IP for user sessions, only for auto-launched kiosks, because it could allow (coarse) location tracking of users.

Raj, perhaps you can drive a bug with the cpanel folks to clarify the UI here?
Yes, the Chromebox is running Appspace in kiosk mode.  I have other Chromeboxes, running the same app in kiosk mode, that are not using a proxy server for internet connectivity and they report the IP address in the CDM portal correctly.

Zhanlu, can you take a look at what status upload information you're receiving on the server?

Is this kiosk session marked to auto-launch? We only report IP info for auto-launched kiosk sessions (ones that are invoked automatically immediately after boot).
Yes, it's auto-launch.
