Print - Black and White - not working

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.86 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Print
2. Choose - "Black and White"
3. Print

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Always prints colour even chosen as "Black and White"

Did this work before? Yes long back

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.86  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows 10 using chrome latest stable M59 #59.0.3071.104 with the printer Ricoh MP C4503 .

@baskaran.c-- Could you please provide confirm us if you can reproduce the same issue on other browsers or not and also provide us your printer details.

What printer model / printer driver are you using? Issues like this are likely printer-specific.

Closing since we have gone a couple months without feedback. Please let us know what printer you are using. Otherwise we simply don't have enough information.
