bluetooth: Improve documentation about lifetime.

Project Member Reported by ortuno@chromium.org, Jun 15 2017

Issue description

The lifetime of pointers returned by methods like BluetoothRemoteGattService::GetCharacteristics() is not clear. We should document their lifetime.

ortuno@, what are the other methods you are concerned about?

I think most Get* methods. The pointers get destroyed when the device disconnects, when the device gets destroyed, when we clean up devices, when services are discovered, etc. We don't document this anywhere.
