lots of webkitRequestAnimationFrame deprecation messages in pixel test logs.

We should replace calls to webkitRequestAnimationFrame with calls to requestAnimationFrame in test and anywhere else where we are calling it directly instead of as part of a fallback chain.  No need to add vendor prefix fallback in new places since all current versions of major browsers have the unprefixed version now.

Removing 'webkit' prefix from rAF callsites

Some test logs are polluted with deprecation warnings due to calls
to webkitRequestAnimationFrame. Not anymore...
