[Findit] When reverting CL on gerrit, only include cl author as reviewer.

In a Findit revert https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/536196/, one customer suggests we should only include cl author as reviewer and optionally cc other reviewers.

For this one, we might need a discussion with more folks whether it is the right path. For example, what if the CL author is an external contributor?

If the revert button already copies the reviewer list as is, it's better for us to follow the same.

I just checked the API again and did a little experiment, it seems not possible with current Gerrit REST API. I don't think we should proceed with it.
