Issue descriptionPlatform: Chrome OS With https://codereview.chromium.org/2918403006/ in place, in tablet overview mode, the user can select one window and drag it around to snap it to the side of the screen. While dragging around, we need to keep the dragged window always visible. However, it might not work if there is an always on top window. |
