Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. With source maps enabled, set a break point 
2. Hit the break point.
3. I'd like to be able to toggle source maps while remaining on this break point. 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Source maps for typescript are handy sometimes. Other times, like when there's an error in a decorator, I want to debug the closure code, without losing my place in the program.
