"Compose Email" string is not translated into other languages

Issue description

App Version: 60.0.3112.34 beta
iOS Version: 10.1.1, 10.3.3
Device: iPhone, iPad
URL: na
 
Precondition: Change device language settings to any language other than English
 
Steps to reproduce:
  1. Launch Google Chrome
  2. Tap Menu → Settings → Content Settings 
 
Observed results: String 'Compose Email' and in 'Compose Email' screen are 
 
Expected results: Strings should be translated into the device language
 
 
Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: NA
Bug reproducible on Safari/Firefox: Firefox: NA, Safari: NA
Bug reproducible on current stable build (App Version, iOS Version):  M59 NO (New Feature)
Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build (App Version, iOS Version): M60 Yes

Should I assume that the translated strings have not been brought in yet? Or should I look into whether there is something else that may be wrong.
