Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.86 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Mozilla added a `sidebar_action` allowing WebExtensions to create their own sidebar. cf [here](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Add-ons/WebExtensions/API/sidebarAction). Such an extension of the API opens the way to richer extensions, like [Tree Style Tab](https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/tree-style-tab/?src=search). That would be a huge plus for Chromium to support such layout. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? - WebStore page: none yet (obviousy) Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 59.0.3071.86 Channel: n/a OS Version: ArchLinux Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0
