empty quarter circle on path corner

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:

What is the expected behavior?
the path is fully drawn

What went wrong?
the path is not fully drawn, part of it is cut out

Did this work before? No 

Does this work in other browsers? No
 a quarter empty circle is visible when starting a corner on an svg path

What do you expect here ("fully drawn"), the result looks fairly expected to me? (I.e it has a 90 degree turn at the right side, so you get a(n outer) join, and then a 'butt' cap at the end.)
oh, I see now, I was thinking that the line before the turn ended on the far end. Thanks for clarifying this and sorry for taking up your time.
