Half blank circle on svg overlap

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:

What is the expected behavior?
svg path is fully drawn

What went wrong?
when the path overlaps with itself and this intersection is also at the end of the path, a half empty circle can be seen.

Did this work before? No 

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

This behaviour can also be seen in other brwosers (FF, IE, Edge) but is most visible in Chrome.
