Regression : Unnecessary 'Password' Error Text is seen in chrome://md-settings/lockScreen page

Issue description

Chrome Version: 60.0.3112.34/9592.22.0 Beta-channel Minnie,Candy and Daisy
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> Go to chrome://md-settings -> Now under 'People' section click on 'Screen lock' option
(2)Now Enter Wrong Password in 'Confirm your password' dialog box and observe Unnecessary 'Password' Error Text is seen along with 'Invalid password' error Message(Please refer Video and screenshot)

Expected: Only 'Invalid password' error Message should be seen on entering Wrong password
Actual:Instead Unnecessary 'Password' Error Text is seen

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in 59.0.3071.91/9460.60.0 Stable-channel Kip

@stevenjb : Please confirm the Issue

Note:
1.Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows
2.Issue is also seen in M-61

I don't think there is anything wrong with the error message. It matches error messages in other surfaces of the Settings page, see attachment.

@sammiequon: Unless there is something I am missing, feel free to close this.

Closing based on #3.

There was some work done on this in M60 to make the dialog more similar to other settings dialogs, which is why it wasn't like this in M59.
Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
