Issue descriptionChrome Version:61.0.3131.0 OS:Ubuntu 14.04 What steps will reproduce the problem? >Launch chrome and navigate to https://fantasycricket.dream11.com/in/ >Observe the spacing between text and close(x) icon in notification popup. I can't reproduce this problem - that site does not request notification permissions, and when I try on https://permission.site, the bubble has correct spacing (see attached screenshot). Even with really long domain names, the bubble looks okay-ish. It's possible the bubble looks broken on gtk systems specifically, but I'm not the right person to look at that. In any case, I'm dropping the priority on this and marking it Available.
