Regression:Unable to edit the ‘Name’ of bookmark.

Chrome Version:61.0.3131.0 (Official Build) fd6a40f8117b184c5fa64ac66f95a050842c0759-refs/heads/master@{#479564}
OS: Mac(10.12.3,10.11.6)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome,Open NTP or navigate to https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions?hl=en-GB
2. Click on Star icon and edit name (hit Spacebar or ‘erewe’) and click on finished button
3. Observe bookmark bar.

Actual:Unable to edit the ‘Name’ of bookmark.
Expected: Able to edit the Name of bookmark.

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 61’ and below is manual bisect:
Good build:61.0.3130.0 
Bad build: 61.0.3131.0 

Note: Issue is not seen on Windows and Linux OS.

Tried for www.google.com, yahoo.com, gmail.com
