[Chrome][M58][Android 6.0] Keyboard doesn't show up on search box by mouse click

Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Connect a mouse to a device 2. Open up Chrome 3. Go to google.com 4. Click search box with mouse What is the expected behavior? Keyboard should show up What went wrong? Keyboard doesn't show up.(see attached video "20170608_174005[1].mp4") Did this work before? Yes M57 Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.p Flash Version: When touching search box with a finger, keyboard shows up. But when clicking search box with a mouse, keyboard doesn't show up.

we are not able to repro this issue in chrome:58.0.3029.110 Device:Samsung Galaxy S5(SM-G900F)/MMB29M and Samsung Galaxy J7(SM-J700H)/MMB29K. Could you please Provide us more details about the Device and also upgrade to the latest Chrome and let us know.

Tested the issue in Android and able to reproduce the issue. Similar behavior is observed since Chrome #60.0.3072.0 Connect mouse to the device. Steps Followed: 1. Launched the Chrome Browser. 2. Navigate to the URL: www.google.com 3. Click on the text box. 4. Observed that on screen keyboard is not displayed. Chrome versions tested: 60.0.3072.0, 65.0.3325.109(Stable), 67.0.3368.0(Canary) OS: Android 8.1 Android Devices: Pixel Keyboard(mouse integrated) used to test - Lenovo Thinkpad This seems to be a Non-Regression issue as same behavior is seen since M60.
