[Backspace] key removes another character that isn't caret position

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:56.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/56.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open attach html 2. Click [start] button in content 3. Hit [→] key 4. Hit [Enter] key 5. Hit [Enter] key 6. Hit [Backspace] Key What is the expected behavior? When step 5, content is <span>A</span><br><div><br></div>;<span>B</span>;<span>C</span>. So <div> element should be removed. What went wrong? When step 5, content in contenteditable is "<span>A</span><br><div><br></div>;<span>B</span>;<span>C</span>". And caret position is before 1st ";". But when step 6, last "C" is removed. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers?
