[Backspace] key removes another character that isn't caret position

Reported by makoto...@gmail.com, Jun 15 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:56.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/56.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open attach html
2. Click [start] button in content
3. Hit [→] key
4. Hit [Enter] key
5. Hit [Enter] key
6. Hit [Backspace] Key

What is the expected behavior?
When step 5, content is <span>A</span><br><div><br></div>;<span>B</span>;<span>C</span>.

So <div> element should be removed.

What went wrong?
When step 5, content in contenteditable is "<span>A</span><br><div><br></div>;<span>B</span>;<span>C</span>". And caret position is before 1st ";".

But when step 6, last "C" is removed.

Did this work before? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? Yes
