Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open Bookmark Manager 2. hit Control-F 3. search for *** What is the expected behavior? find bookmarks containing *** What went wrong? No bookmarks found; I have many that contain *** Did this work before? No Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: should not be nhard to fix!

Able to reproduce this issue on Windows 10,Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.5 with chrome Stable #59.0.3071.109, Canary #61.0.3137.0 and also in earlier version M-30 #30.0.1549.0. This is a non-regression issue, hence marking it as untriaged. Attaching the screen-cast for reference.
