Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 7, 10 for chrome version 59.0.3071.86. Followed the below steps: 1) Launched chrome and navigated to youtube.com 2) Then did ctrl + F and observed only Find bar. Youtube did not navigate to full screen. Tried the same on Ubuntu 14.04 and MAC 10.12.5 (Command + F) and observed the same behavior. Removing bisect label. @jwwang25: Request you to please do a system restart, relaunch chrome and try again. Update us with your observations.! Thanks.!

With further testing, issue seems to be related to the new youtube redesign. ctrl + F does not activate full screen when switching back to classic youtube.
