youtube audio continuously has issues.  rarely open other programs so not sure if issue is universal.  Audio is making videos hard to impossible  to comprehend but always being upgraded by google but never is problem resolved, usually exacerbated instead.   Please fix & explain.

I can't repro this issue on Chromebook LINK device and Nyan device.

Lenovo 100 S   less than 1 year old.

reporter@, does this only happen on youtube in browser or YouTube app? can you install any other apps which play audio to see if it repro there?

no response from bug opener for > 1 month. no sufficient information to investigate.
