Last select option shown under Windows task bar

Reported by guilherm...@gmail.com, Jun 14 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Maximize chrome window
2. Navigate to https://www.booking.com/city/br/sao-paulo.en-gb.html
3. Scroll up the page until the last option from "Children" select element should be off the screen, at the bottom
4. Open the "Children" select options

What is the expected behavior?
Chrome identifies there is not enough room to show the option list below the target element, then it shows the items above it.

What went wrong?
The list is shown below the target element, so the last item is shown under the Windows task bar, making it impossible to click.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version:

If the issue happens and user can't scroll up the page, it will be impossible to click on the last option without resizing the browser window.

Somehow, I am unable to reproduce the issue on the latest stable(59.0.3071.115) of Windows-10. Dropdown seems to open correctly and as shown in the attached screen-cast.

@reporter: Could you please confirm, if this issue is still seen on the latest stable and review the attached screen-cast.

We tested here in Chrome 59 and the issue no longer exists.
