I cannot repro this on Chrome 58.0.3029.83 or 59.0.3071.92

Note: WebVR flag is enabled

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) go to https://playcanv.as/p/sAsiDvtC/
(2) press VR icon and place device into cardboard headset
(3) depress the screen click button a few times

What is the expected result? A pulsating point appears at the center of your gaze, and clicking moves the viewer to that position in space.

What happens instead? The first click works, but then some controller graphic appears with a directional line, and further clicks do nothing. And the controller graphic doesn't respond to head movement. See screenshot.
