Rotation lock says Landscape when the device is in the Portrait mode

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 61.0.3129.0
OS Version: 9647.0.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter Touch View in the Portrait mode
2. Open the system tray

What is the expected result?

The rotation lock has two toggle options: Auto-rotate and Portrait

What happens instead of that?


The rotation lock has two toggle options: Auto-rotate and Landscape


Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

I'm using a scarlet unit. This could be a scarlet specific issue.
