Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Every time I print, the option to print on both sides does not appear. 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Option to print on both sides no longer appears. Did this work before? Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 10,Mac 10.12.5 & Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome reported version-58.0.3029.110, stable#59.0.3071.109 & Canary-61.0.3137.0. Observed 'Two sided' option when we press command Ctrl+P or press 'Print' button on any page. Please check the same issue on latest chrome versions & check the printer connection to the machine which is detected under 'Destination' section of the print page & let us know your observations on the same. Please find the attached screenshot for reference. Thank you..!!

As there is no action on this issue for long time closing this issue. Request you to update your Chrome to latest #66.0.3359.181 and verify. Feel free to file a new issue if the issue is still reproduced at your end. Thanks! |
