Questions: 1) If this worked before, do you remember when that was, and what version of Chrome you were using at the time? 2) Is scrolling broken with a particular PDF, or all PDFs? 3) Can you ask a friend to try it on their Mac and see if it's broken there?

1) Sorry, don't know the last working build, but it's been broken for a few weeks. 2) all PDFs 3) Actually, the bug was filed on/for Mac itself. Haven't tried on Windows.

I have a Mac desktop with a mouse that has a scroll wheel. Scrolling works in 58.0.3029.110. Chrome then auto-updated to 59.0.3071.104, and scrolling still works. Do you have any Chrome extensions installed? Maybe something is interfering with the PDF viewer?

Hello, Thanks for the followup. This seems to be because of an extension. On disabling that extension, PDF scroll works. Thanks!
