repo steps:
1, installed 9334.72.0/ 58.0.3029.140 stable on edagr device using stick.
2, started playing youtube video, pandora music, vimeo video.
3, updated device for latest available user stable build(59.0.3071.91/9460.60.0) using check updates from settings page.
4, while videos are playing, restarted device after update.
5, Login with same user and it'll open previous running tabs/videos
6, Observe no audio in internal speakers
Few more observations:
-- While this issue happen, connected 3.5 jack headset and audio is working fine
-- After removing the headset, audio is working from internal speakers also
Issue is reproduced while updating device from stable(M59-9460.60.2.0) to beta (M60-9592.22.0) on setzer device.
Not repro while updating chell device from same stable to beta.

Aside from issue 734229 , there are some no audio feedbacks from kip, cave, daisy, etc., so there might still be other issues that prevented audio from working.
kalin@, build 9671.0.0 contains the fix, could you please verify with the boards?

celes, edgar, setzer, wizpig, and ultima were tested with ToT and reported with good audio after AU to M61-9672.0.0 while playing video/audio.
kip was also tested and it was OK too, despite it was not fixed AFAIK.
