Editing name of bookmark in Bookmarks Bar causes Chrome to crash

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3124.4 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome
2. Right click on a bookmark in your Bookmarks Bar -> Edit...
3. Change the Name of the bookmark to something else
4. Hit Enter

What is the expected behavior?
The bookmark should be renamed

What went wrong?
Chrome crashed

Did this work before? Yes Can't be too sure which previous dev version...

Can you please go to chrome://crashes and provide us with a “Server ID” for a crash report from around the time this is happening? If the page says that the crash report was “not uploaded,” you can click “Send now”. Reload the page in a few minutes and it should have a “Server ID.”

Status: Duplicate (was: Unconfirmed)
I was able to reproduce the issue on the latest canary(61.0.3129.0) and crash id: cdca716e40000000 matches to that in Issue 731284, hence merging into that for further action there.
