Event sender api allows injecting some inconsistent input

Currently event_sender api for testing Blink allows sending any sort of input events that browser may never send. Ideally we should never crash or any thing bad in those situations with any stream of input.
But the behavior is not always well defined.

Status: WontFix (was: Untriaged)
We are not going to fix this anymore as we are moving to GPU benchmarking and webdriver testing framework. We will slowly but surely be going to migrate eventSender to that.
