Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3129.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. install the attached extension 2. click the extension's icon and click "Generate random cookies" 3. click "Cookies" in the browser settings What is the expected behavior? The "cookies" sub-page appears with smooth animation immediately after click What went wrong? After a delay the sub-page appears but there's a visible jerkiness: the animation is not smooth. It doesn't even look like animation, but rather a slideshow. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 61.0.3129.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: * The extension is provided only to generate 2000 domains with cookies. If use the browser a lot you'll have even more cookies in a matter of months. The extension has a button to remove all generated cookies. * This might be not a bisectable regression, but rather an inherent problem with how large lists such as Cookies are populated in Material Settings. * As for a solution, it might be possible to animate after a 100 or so domains are processed. Or maybe there's a simple method to use lazy-rendering for off-screen content in Polymer.

@dschuyler: I believe, this has already been fixed by moving the cookies list to a different page and using iron-list. Can you confirm?

I can confirm that this should be much faster* for m-63. woxxom@ kudos on the cookie generator extension. *or fixed for a few thousand cookies cookies. It's much faster in m-63, but at some N number of cookies it will still take time. |
