This is a great idea; we'll revisit it after launch, especially after people have had a chance to use the new "Reland" button and see if it works well for them.

 Issue 700358  has been merged into this issue.

Removing Milestone-Afterglow, as it has ceased to have meaning. More refined milestones may be added back in the near future.

This is still a valid feature request, but with the "Reland" button in the UI, I think it's appropriate to drop the priority.

This issue has been Available for over a year. If it's no longer important or seems unlikely to be fixed, please consider closing it out. If it is important, please re-triage the issue.
