Launch Chrome and add any extension that replaces NTP for example above given extension 2. Open chrome://md-settings (added extension is seen uder On Start-up section) 3. Now remove the added extension from chrome://extension and observe at On-Startup section Actual: Removed extension is still visible under On-startup section. Expected: Removed extension should not be visible under On-startup section. This is non-regression issue seen from M-56, since this is new feature introduced in 56.0.2924.0

yes, and clicking DISABLE will do nothing safely, as far as I know
