Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce: 1. Right click on a managed bookmark 2. Hover over 'Copy URL' 3. Move mouse to hover over 'Edit' Expected result: Hover state should be removed from 'Copy URL' Actual result: Hover state stays on 'Copy URL'. It is successfully cleared if you hover over an <hr>
