What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to user and sign out
(2)Now create an supervised user with the username less than 14 characters 
(3)Click on the drop down arrow icon near username and Observe(Kindly refer video)


Actual:User profile menu overlaps with password field
Expected:User profile menu shouldn't get overlaps with password field

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in M-61
