The playback screen becomes a black screen

Issue description

Example URL:
http://atfe.fmworld.net/at/sp/arrows_theater/

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Browser,enter http://atfe.fmworld.net/at/sp/arrows_theater/
2. Play any video.
3. Tap the full-screen button during playback.
4. Exit full-screen
5. Repeat step 3 & 4

What is the expected behavior?
It does not become a black screen during full screen playback.

What went wrong?
During video playback, after switching the screen between full screen & non-full screen several times, the play screen becomes black screen.

It seems that this issue happened in Webview,I tested this issue on 59.0.3071.82(BETA) Webview,this issue didn't happen.

So this is a WebView issue that occurred in 58, and was fixed in 59? In that case I think we have little incentive to find out what the problem was (it is very unlikely we will re-release 58).
