Make Findit staging version talk to staging versions of dependent services like Swarming, SwarmingBucket, etc

This is to make it possible to test a feature end-to-end before deploying to the Findit prod app.

The tricky part is when to talk to the prod Swarming/Isolated/SwarmingBucket to read the test result, and when to talk to the staging version to trigger a Swarming/Try-job and also grab the result.

Some refactoring within Findit might be needed.
