A followup of https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/521205, since we removed page count setting in onLayout, method pageCountEstimationDone doesn't make sense now. However, pageCountEstimationDone is still needed to set necessary info.

We need to clean the method as long as other small improvements mentioned in the CL discussion.
